7 Days of Surf and Yoga on Kauai
Everyday will include hiking, swimming, body boarding, kayaking, or sight seeing excursion adventures. We will visit the rainforest of Kokee and hike into the famous Na Pali Coast. We will also visit Kauai's Hindu Temple and the sacred heiaus of the ancient Hawaiians. Swim in remote waterfalls and see places on Kauai that are not in the guidebooks. This yoga adventure retreat will include fresh Kauai organic fruits and vegetables and gourmet vegetarian meals with a fresh fish option. See humpback whales (in winter), dolphins, sea turtles and monk seals in their natural environment.

Accomodations are available at a lovely private home in Princeville. There is space available at approximately $900 to $1100 per person for the entire 6 week training. There are 3 bedrooms in this lovely home and they can be shared or private. You may walk to beautiful beaches or jump on one of the bikes to ride over to the yoga training.
